Château La Carrière is proud to announce the arrival of a new private chef. Ruth has poured her love into preparing and serving food for more than thirty years. She first worked in various restaurant kitchens in central London, including that of the five-star Dorchester Hotel, before going out on her own. For nearly twenty years, she ran a successful catering business, but also worked as a freelance event organiser and food stylist for film, TV and publications. Ruth has developed a highly creative food style, which she is able to adapt to any genre or taste. Living in the Dordogne, she feels lucky being surrounded by high-quality food producers who enable her to provide clients with exquisite menus.
